● Domicile (District Rawalpindi): A copy of your domicile certificate for Rawalpindi district.
● CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card): A copy of the CNIC
● Recent Passport Size Photographs: 2 recent passport-sized photographs.
● Postal Order (Rs. 200): A postal order of Rs. 200 should be attached with your application.
